Having some issues?

These sexy tips help most of the time! And, most issues stem from one of these things:

• Low storage on a device attempting to play a long video
• Spotty wifi or other internet access
• Temporary site traffic exploding during a new launch

Below are the step by steps to fix your issue and get ya back on the road!

Video not loading?

Check the memory on your device
A full device is the most common reason a video won't load or play correctly

• If full, delete some stuff to free up some working space
• Close out other apps or open browser tabs
  
• Clear your browser cache and cookies

Sometimes it's bug or glitch
We are always updating the site and sometimes you can get caught in that

• Log out of the site and close your browser completely
• Open a fresh browser to log back in

If it's still not working, here's some classics to try
Oldies but goodies

• Make sure your WiFi connection is strong
• Sometimes cell data won't let long videos load
• Try a different browser or device
• Make sure your operating system is updated

Can't find what you paid for?

Go to your Dashboard! Everything you've ever bought is there! Just scroll to browse.
Logging in plops you right there.

Looking for your Zoom link?

It's in the live event or program you've registered for! Just choose the event from your Dashboard (once logged in, duh) and you'll see it at the top of your event page!

Looking for the replay?

It's on the event or program page! Log in and scroll down your Dashboard to find the thing you're looking for. Then choose it and scroll to the bottom of that page. Bada bing, bada boom.

Dashboard empty or site gone wonky?

Ope! That's embarrasing! Something bad happened and we're sorry you got caught up in it.
Just log out, close your browser, and log back in. Easy peasy.
